How long does it take to set up RugbyOrganiser?
You can be using the RugbyOrganiser service within 1 week of payment.

Can I choose the way the site looks?
We apply a standard template for the overall site navigation, but you choose the content, colour scheme, club logos and basic styling. We can also offer custom development as an additional service.

Does the system need to be installed on every club member’s computer?
No. Because RugbyOrganiser is web-based, it will automatically work on any computer with an internet connection.

What support will you offer me to get up and running?
RugbyOrganiser is a simple and easy to use system. Existing clubs have been able to get up and running with very little help. However, we also offer written help files within the system and you can call us on 0777 1714143 between the hours of 9:00-17:00 weekdays to request additional support.

What if my players don’t have email access?
Research shows that 7 out of 10 18-35 year old rugby players now have access to email either at home or at work. However, the system will also automatically flag when people need to be notified by phone.

What if I’m not computer literate?
RugbyOrganiser is a simple, easy to use system that has been successfully tested with rugby players of all levels of computer competence.
